Eamonn Sayers Leads the Guinness Enterprise Centre, Ireland’s largest start-up hub, he works with Founders, Directors and Managers of clients including small entrepreneurial start-ups / early-stage companies, state development agencies, not for profit organisations and commercial businesses in the areas of strategy, business planning, general management, fundraising and investment. His work was recognised when the Guinness Enterprise Centre was named as the Top Incubator in the World 2018/19.

Madison Roche is the Start Up and Programme Manager for the Guinness Enterprise Centre (GEC), aiding Irish companies to start and scale by offering them best business supports and practices. Her first role as University Programme Manager back in 2018 allowed Madison to specialise in bridging the talent gap between National and International talent to Irish-based organisations. Madison has grown the University programme by partnering with some of the world’s leading Universities to provide a range of collaborations including MBA capstone projects, internships, soft-landing pad opportunities and more.
