Meeting Image Green


  • An Engagement Roadmap based on key priority topics and used to guide interactions (example in following pages).
  • There will be a minimum of 8 Substantive sessions (virtual & face-to-face) between Client and MRL Partner.
  • Intermittent Calls between sessions as needed.
  • The scope of each meeting pre-agreed with Client.
  • All meetings will be minuted and all actions noted on our MRLevate © Platform.
  • MRL will provide regular relevant industry material and insights to Client.
  • Performance Review will take place at 6 month intervals.
  • Use of Six Selfs © Framework and Assessment Tools.
  • Scope and range of services provided during each 12 month period will be based on agreed Roadmap.
