CIO as a Service ensures clients have the best advice possible, based on our many years of experience, and can make the best decisions for their enterprise avoiding costly mistakes and delays. (All rates are exclusive of VAT and expenses).

ENGAGEMENT

Entry level advisory service aimed at providing focused IT advice to snr leadership. Calls can be booked in advance.

Aimed at providing detailed review and advice on a specific area of IT, overall IT deliver or transformation program,

This service provides a focused engagement on a clients critical challenge area(s) or problems.

Duration: less than 10 days - CIO advisory time is available to be consumed over a 3–12 moth period in min blocks of 4hrs.

Duration: less than 20 days of snr CIO advisory time is available to be consumed over a 6-12 moth period in blocks of 1 day. Longer engagements with greater research and follow-up can be agreed in advance.

Duration: greater than 20 days: Service is delivered in three stages:


Mobilise & Understand: the key business challenge with key stakeholders.

Longer sessions with greater research and follow-up can be agreed in advance

Max 3 days can be allocated in any one month


Additional days can be purchased if required


All days need to be consumed with in 12 months of contract start date

Analyse, Prioritise and Plan: Analysis of the challenge(s), prioritisation of deliverables, and planning of proposed solution(s).


Recommend and Agree: present and discuss recommendations and agree way forward.
